The act of speaking requires the precise coordination of multiple body parts, including head, neck, chest and abdomen. In this article, we explore what speech disorders are and the different types. World mental health day webinar

The Department of Economics and Psychology at St. Xavier's College, Jaipur held an interactive session and webinar on 9th October to celebrate World Mental Health Day at 1:30 PM. The webinar was attended by 200+ students and faculty members of the college. The Programme Coordinators for the event were Ms. Poorvi Medatwal and Ms. Shiromi Chaturvedi. The webinar was conducted by the eminent clinical psychologist, Ms. Pradnya Deshpande, a mental health professional who has been working to promote psychological wellbeing for over 20 years. She is currently also a member of the committee on Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Work Place (POSH) at the Government run Psychiatric Centre affiliated to SMS Medical College. With the objective of promoting mental health and wellbeing in students as part of the Mental Health Awareness Month, the Department organised this interactive session.
